Sanbodo Aikido with Lawrence

This is a group for anyone interested in learning and practicing Aikido and Meditation. All skills and levels are welcome – no experience needed or expected. You will learn to be relaxed, calm, tranquil, aware and will learn effective, non violent self-defense techniques. There will be a strong emphasis on the Mindfulness and Kindness aspects of Meditation. And you will also feel at ease and enjoy yourself.
