Sanbodo Aikido with Lawrence

Mondays 7-8.45pm
This is a group for anyone interested in learning and practicing Aikido and Meditation. All skills and levels are welcome – no experience needed or expected. You will learn to be relaxed, calm, tranquil, aware and will learn effective, non violent self-defense techniques. There will be a strong emphasis on the Mindfulness and Kindness aspects of Meditation. And you will also feel at ease and enjoy yourself.

Somatic Movement with Alejandra Chacon and Amaia Mugica.

Drop-in somatic movement session every first and third Friday of the month.

Somatic movement sessions aim to explore our own individual movement and the relationship of our body and mind. The sessions will be delivered using a mix of guided and/or improvised movement and touch. Through this practice we intend to open possibilities for movement exploration and body-minded awareness.

Facilitated by movement directors Alejandra Chacon and Amaia Mugica, both with broad experiences in teaching body practices.
